Why…

Many families in the Mae Chen region of Thailand live on the borders of extreme poverty, and their hand-to-mouth existence makes raising additional money for education difficult. When a family is then further devastated by HIV/AIDS, spending money on education simply is not an option.

"Supporting a Brighter Life aims to break the cycle of poverty
by enabling children to go to school."

Whilst education is essentially free in Thailand, children cannot go to school unless they have the school uniform and materials (such as books, stationary, PE kit) and money for lunch. Providing these simple items will in turn open the doors of opportunity that education provides, empowering the children, as they grow up, to stand within their society as equals.

We believe that every child has the right to an education. For under £7 a month you can enable a child to receive the education that they deserve, and totally change their life.
